I let two flats by the night in old Batumi and Supta clean them between guests. What matters to me is speed and no complaints from guests. Not a single complaint all season: they change the linen and send photos to the chat after each clean, so I no longer have to drive over and check. I have finally found people I can rely on.

They cleaned a sofa and two armchairs. A wine stain I had written off as permanent came out completely, and so did the cat smell. The sofa took nearly a day to dry, but they warned me about that in advance. One thing: they arrived forty minutes late because of traffic, though they did call ahead to say so. The result is excellent.

I have been using them for three months now, once a fortnight. What I like is that the same cleaner comes each time — Manana already knows where everything lives and how I like things done. I book through WhatsApp a couple of days ahead and they always work around my schedule. It saves me half a weekend, and that is worth it.

After the refurbishment our new-build flat was covered in construction dust and I thought a week of misery was ahead. The Supta team managed it in a day. They cleaned filler off the windows, grout off the tiles, dust off the curtain rails. Special thanks to Giorgi, who worked very carefully around the glass shower screen and did not scratch anything. I recommend them to anyone who has just finished a renovation.

I booked a deep clean for our three-room flat in Vake before relatives arrived. Two women turned up at ten in the morning and were finished by five. They got to the things I had been putting off for years: the cooker hood, the skirting boards, behind the fridge. The price was exactly what they had quoted on the phone, nothing was added on the day. I will book again.
