Privacy policy

How we handle the personal data you send through this website.

This page explains what data supta-cleaning.com collects, why it is needed and what you can do about it. It follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, adopted on 14 June 2023 and in force since 1 March 2024.

Who processes your data. The controller is SUPTA, a cleaning company working in Georgia. Our phone number, email address and messenger contacts are on the Contacts page; write to us there about anything to do with your data.

What we receive. From the request form: your name and phone number, plus your email, city, floor area, the service you want and a comment if you choose to fill them in. Automatically: your IP address and browser details, the page the request was sent from, and the campaign tags that show which advert brought you here. If you used the calculator, the quoted figure is stored with the request.

On what basis. Your name, phone number and the contents of your request are processed on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox under the form, and in order to carry out the job you are asking for. Technical data is processed in our legitimate interest of protecting the form from automated submissions.

Whether you have to provide it. Only the name and phone number are required: without them we simply cannot call you back and agree the work. Every other field is optional and makes no difference to the service. Not using the form at all is fine too — call us or write on a messenger.

Who else sees it. The website runs on a server in the European Union, where the request database is kept. A notification about each new request reaches the owner through the MAX messenger, which means the text of your request passes through a service operating outside Georgia. If you accepted analytics cookies, anonymous information about your visit reaches Google services (Analytics and Google Ads). We do not sell your data and do not pass it to other companies for their own advertising.

How long we keep it. We keep a request while we are working on it, and afterwards only for as long as our accounts and records require. A request that never became a booking is deleted once it is no longer needed. A record of your consent to marketing messages is kept for the duration of such messages and for one year after they stop, as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights. You may: find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it; have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected; have it deleted; receive your data in a portable form; ask us to restrict processing; object to processing for direct marketing; and withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and without affecting a service already provided. To use any of these rights, simply write to us.

If you think we have broken your rights. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldataprotection.ge) or go to court. Do write to us first, though — almost everything is settled faster directly.

Cookies. The website remembers the language you chose and your answer to the cookie question; both are needed for it to work and are set without separate consent. Google analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you press Accept. Until then, and if you decline, they are not written at all and the counters run in a mode that cannot identify you. Declining changes nothing else on the site.

Security. Only company staff can reach the request database, the connection to the site is encrypted, and the control panel is hidden and not indexed by search engines. Should a data breach occur, we will report it to the Personal Data Protection Service as the law requires.
