How is the price calculated?
From the area, the service and any extras. You see the estimate on the site, and we confirm the exact price before we come out.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Show the team during the handover and we fix it on the spot. If you notice it later, call within 48 hours and we redo it free of charge.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. We serve offices, cafés and rental apartments under a contract and provide the paperwork.
How far in advance should I book?
Usually a day or two ahead. Same-day visits are possible when a team is free — that is priced separately.
Do I need to provide products and equipment?
No, the team brings everything. If you would rather we used your own products — because of allergies or a delicate surface — tell us in advance.
How does payment work?
After you accept the work: you check the result first, then pay. Cash or transfer; for companies, under a contract with paperwork.
What if there are pets or small children at home?
We work with products that are safe for children and pets. Removing pet hair is a separate add-on — tick it in the calculator.
Deep cleaning
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients hand over the keys and come back to a clean home. We agree how you hand over and get back the keys in advance.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything comes with the team. If you prefer us to use your own products, just tell us in advance.
Regular cleaning
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
We try to keep the same person on a regular schedule — they already know your home. If they are ill or on holiday, we warn you in advance.
Post-construction cleaning
Why is it more expensive than a deep clean?
Construction dust gets everywhere and settles again after the first pass. It takes professional vacuums, filters, several passes and much more time.
Airbnb turnover cleaning
Can you clean between guests on the same day?
Yes, this is the standard case in Batumi and Tbilisi. Tell us the check-out and check-in times and we plan the team around them.
